Flor de Sal - Seasalt
Seasalt's finest

Flos Salis is a special selection of finest Portuguese flower of salt 'Flor de Sal', coming from the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve in the Eastern Algarve. It is hand-harvested, unpurified and certified in a truely organic sense.

With its slight sweetness, Flor de Sal brings a special taste to all prepared dishes. Use it as a table-salt, for seasoning carpaccios and salads and for grilling fish or meat, as its crystals dissolve quickly.
